Efstathios (“Stathis”) is the Head of Power of DAC Consulting Services.
Efstathios is a Senior Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience, including more than 10 years responsible for supervising the construction of power plants for P.P.C. S.A. (Greece), with regard to electrical and I&C parts, including IT and telecom infrastructure. He has also been conducting top-class training courses for engineers of large corporations in the Middle East.
He brings extensive experience in claims and disputes arising from power equipment design, installation, commissioning, and operations, in which he served as Forensic Investigator, RCA Expert, Claims Evaluator, Expert Witness, or Subject Matter Expert.
Efstathios’ technical knowledge in all the disciplines he masters, combined with his dispute resolution experience, makes him an ideal asset for leading technical consulting teams supporting complex arbitration, construction claims, and loss adjustment cases.
Efstathios supports continuing education and lifelong learning, and his strongest point is that he never gets stressed!
